Abstract

頭部伝達関数(HRTF)は相反法により瞬時に計測できる。相反法には、外耳道に埋め込むことのできる超小型スピーカが必要となる。我々はこれまでに電磁型の超小型スピーカを使用してきたが、低域の出力音圧が低く高域の指向性があるという問題があった。本報告では、二つの超小型動電型スピーカユニットのインピーダンス特性、周波数特性、出力音圧・高調波歪み特性、水平面・冠状面指向性、そして、TSP応答を計測した。その結果、超小型電磁型スピーカユニットと比べ、超小型動電型スピーカユニットは出力音圧が高く、高調波歪は低く、全帯域において無指向性であった。これらの超小型動電型スピーカユニットを用いて、数100Hzから20kHzまでの帯域でのHRTFを計測できると考えられる。

Head-related transfer function (HRTF) can be measured in short time with reciprocal method. In the reciprocal HRTF measurement, a very small speaker, which can be inserted in the ear canal, is necessary. Very small balanced armature type speakers have been used in the reciprocal HRTF measurement. The balanced armature type speakers, however, produce low sound pressure level at low frequency region and they do not exhibit omnidirectional directionality patterns at high frequency region. We have investigated physical characteristics of two very small dynamic speakers. Results show that the dynamic speakers produce higher sound pressure level at low frequency region and they exhibit omnidirectional directionality patterns at any frequency region. In addition, these speakers produce lower harmonic distortions than the balanced armature type speakers. HRTFs from a few hundred Hz to 20 kHz can be measured with these very small dynamic speakers.
