Abstract

We conducted postgraduate education for social value creation in 3D design class in system engineering course by industry-government-academic cooperation on 2010 and 2011. The theme of this class is traditional crafts industry activation in Kanazawa. We cooperated with the officer at crafts promotion section in industry department in city of Kanazawa and parties involved traditional craft industry for our class. This paper report the class activity consisted of fieldworks, planning, designing, prototyping and presentation on 2010 and the improved class on 2011 through PDCA. It is discussed education for creating social value by industry-government-academic cooperation.
