Abstract

本報では土間床,布基礎,半地下室別に基礎まわりの温度分布について3次元有限要素法定常熱伝導解析を行い,回帰誤差の小さい因子複合重回帰分析プログラムを利用して汎用性の高い熱通過率の予測式を導いた。考慮した因子は建築的形状として基礎の深さ,床の高さ,半地下室の深さ,床面積,床の奥行と幅の比,断熱形状として基礎断熱厚さ,土間断熱の有無,さらに地盤の熱物性値である。また長方形床面の地中伝熱解析を軸対称体(円柱)モデルに置き換えるための相当直径の予測式を求めた。更に,円柱モデルによる年周期的熱伝導解析を行い,重回帰分析によりsin関数で表される年間の実効温度差を与える予測式を得た。最後に断熱材の効果的な配分法について検討を加え,基礎形式,地盤種類,気候なども考慮が必要なことを示した。

A simplified calculation method for the heat loss from slab-on-grade floors, crawl spaces, and shallow basements was revised and extended. The method is based on results obtained from three-dimensional finite-element analysis and multi-correlation analysis and facilitates the determination of the maximum and annual values of ground heat loss. The simplified method consists of a set of expressing the heat loss for unit area coefficient and the effective temperature difference as a function of a wide range of variables such as insulation configuration, soil thermal properties and floor geometry. The type of ground contact surface, soil properties, and climate were found to be important parameters affecting the most effective way to reduce ground heat loss.
