本稿は，教育委員会および学校の担当者とＡＬＴとの間によく現れる話題を考察したものである． 担当者からニーズ調査を通して得られた話題のリストは，教育委員会が世話役のような立場から，そして学校が同僚としての立場からＡＬＴに接する傾向にあることを示唆している．この傾向は担当者によりその存在が認められた．また，リスト上の話題が職場でよく現れることも確認されたため，このリストは日本語指導に役立つものである．なお，リスト上の話題を日本語指導に用いる際には，その話題が持ち出される目的を複数設定することが望ましいのに加え，同目的に反映させるものに担当者がＡＬＴに対して示す接し方の傾向とそれ以外のものの両方が含まれることが望ましい．

This article looks at common topics that appear in Japanese work environment for ALTs. The topics collected from supervisors of ALTs at boards of education and schools suggest the following : the supervisors at boards of education tend to act like a manager/counselor of ALTs while at schools, supervisors expect their ALTs to work as their colleagues. These tendencies are recognized by the supervisors of both work environments. And because the topics are accepted as common ones at work, they are useful for teachers of Japanese as their teaching resource, and for supervisors/colleagues of ALTs to show their ALTs what topics appear frequently at work. When using the topics to teach the language, teachers of Japanese are expected to bring up a number of purposes for which these topics are used. Also, reflecting the tendencies of the supervisors’ behaviors mentioned earlier in some of the purposes are necessary.
