Abstract
コムギ眼紋病は現在北海道のコムギ栽培地帯全域に蔓延,定着している。本病の最も重要な生態的特徴は本病原菌が容易にほ場に侵入,蔓延,定着することである。また,被害解析を行ったところ,発病茎率90%,発病度40以下では本病による被害はないことが明らかとなった。以上のことから,本病を防除するにはほ場から本病を根絶することをめざすのではなく,発病を軽減し実質的な被害を回避することが重要である。この考えに基づいた有効な防除対策として,以下の手法が有効であると認められた。1)麦類以外の作物による3年以上の輪作2)夏期の10日間以上の湛水3)田畑輪換4)栽培管理による発病助長の防止 これらの対策により本病の発病を軽減させても,その後に小麦を連作すと本病は多発する。これら耕種的防除対策の継続が重要である。
