Abstract

近年，電子メールや掲示板，チャットなどにおいて，母国語以外の他言語を用いてコミュニケーションをする機会が増加しており，インターネットユーザの間では，母国語を他言語に機械翻訳するために翻訳サイトを利用することが一般化しつつある．しかしながら，機械翻訳の翻訳精度には限界があるため，1度で実用的な翻訳結果を得ることは難しいという問題がある．この問題に対して，入力文章を別の言葉に変えて再翻訳する翻訳リペアが有効であることが知られているが，翻訳リペアに使われる支援手法の1つに「折り返し翻訳」がある．本研究では，オンライン翻訳結果と折り返し翻訳結果を表示する日本語入力システムを開発した．WebNグラムを利用し，オンライン類語辞書サービスから取得した類語の提示順序を最適化することで，翻訳作業の効率化を可能とした．

Recently, the opportunity of communications using non-native languages increases by the spread of the Internet service. A lot of systems such as the language dictionary and the machine translation on the Internet now exist. However, it is difficult to prevent inaccurate translation without translation repair. It is known that a “back translation” method can contribute to reduce translation repair costs. In our system, when Japanese is converted by using A Kanji conversion system, the undecided string is acquired, and then the translation sentences and the back translation sentences are displayed. By using Web N-gram, the system optimizes the sequence of presenting the thesaurus, and makes translation work more efficient.
