Abstract

This paper reports the joint project among Kosen in Chugoku district, which has been supported and sponsored byNational Institute of Colleges of Technology for two years from 2011 to 2012. It has been said that about 6% of thestudents at any educational institutes in Japan suffer from some kinds of disorders, and that causes difficulties in learningor communicating with others. This is not an exception for Kosen, and each Kosen has tried to find out any solutions forsuch students to keep learning, but it is not easy at all. For teachers at Kosen have too much work related with teaching andresearching. It might be possible to share the knowledge and skills to support such students among Kosen, for thebackground and features are almost the same among Kosen in the same district. This paper describes how Kosen cancooperate in supporting students with difficulties.
