Abstract

発達障害,アスペルガー症候群,視空間認知障害の疑いのある女児について,視空間認知と視覚的推理の訓練を行った.視空間認知訓練は稲田,有田の色積木構成課題を用いた.視覚的推理訓練は,色積木見本の対称図形を構成する課題を作製した.訓練前後の変化の指標として,視空間認知はWISC-Ⅳの積木模様の評価点,視覚的推理はWISC-Ⅳの行列推理の評価点を選択した.さらに,WISC-Ⅳの知覚推理の合成得点も指標とした. 結果,積木模様(視空間認知)は4から7(+3),行列推理(視覚的推理)は7から14(+7),知覚推理の合成得点は76から106(+30)にそれぞれ向上した. WISC-Ⅳで,知覚推理の合成得点の変化が+30であったことは,今回実施した視空間認知訓練,視覚的推理訓練の効果が現れたものと考えた.また,積木模様の評価点の変化が+3であったことは,視空間認知訓練の効果があったと判断した.さらに,行列推理の評価点が+7であったことは,視覚的推理訓練の効果があったと考えた.

In a female with suspected developmental disability,Asperger's syndrome,and visuospatial cognitive impairment,we performed visuospatial cognition and visual reasoning training.In visuospatial cognition training,Inada and Arita's colored block construction task was used.For visual reasoning training,a task in which symmetrical figures of colored block samples are constructed was developed.As parameters for changes after training,the score for the WISC-Ⅳ Block Design was selected for visuospatial cognition and that for its Perceptual Reasoning for matrix reasoning.In addition,the composite score for the WISC-Ⅳ Perceptual Reasoning was used as a parameter. As a result,the Block Design score(visuospatial cognition)changed from 4 to 7(+3),the Matrix Reasoning score(visual reasoning)changed from 7 to 14(+7),and the Perceptual Reasoning composite score changed from 76 to 106(+30). The change(+30)in the Perceptual Reasoning composite score on the WISC-Ⅳ suggested the effects of the visuospatial cognition and visual reasoning training.In addition,the change(+3)in the Block Design score and that(+7)in the Matrix Reasoning score suggested the effects of the visuospatial training and visual reasoning training,respectively.
