抄録

本稿は、台湾における女性運動の変遷を概観したものである。国民党政権が台湾に撤退してから後、台湾は、軍事や経済、教育などにおいて、全面的にアメリカモデルを導入することによって「脱日本化」を図り、さらにまた「再中国化」（中国伝統価値の強化）を図ってきていた。台湾の女性学および女性運動の発展においても、政府のアメリカ路線、そして民間のアメリカ留学ブームのU ターンに大きく影響され、1960 年以降、欧米、特にアメリカで起こった第2 波フェミニズムの強い影響が見られる。第2波フェミニズムの蓄積は、上記のような政治的な原因で、アジア諸国よりも女性学の導入が遅かった台湾に、女性問題を取り上げる際の理論的拠りどころを提供した。そしてその蓄積の上に立つことによって、僅か10 年のうちに、売買春をめぐる台湾社会の政策的な取り組みは、先進諸国の水準へ、すなわち家父長制の枠の中で展開される売春児童保護運動から、セックスワーク問題をめぐる多元な論述やセクシュアリティの多様性を論じる次元へと急速に発展してきた。しかしながら一方でそうした売買春問題への理論的パラダイム転換を図りながらも、欧米の理論を採用した台湾の女性運動が直面しているのは、日本植民地支配を経て、「再中国化」した混合型家父長制社会であるという現実である。この「混合型家父長制」に特徴づけられる台湾社会における、女性運動にはどのような課題が存在するのか。本論では売春児童保護運動から「妓権」労働運動への女性運動の展開過程を分析することによって、現在台湾の女性運動が直面している課題の抽出と展望について取り組みたい。

This paper examines the transition of women's movements in Taiwan. After the Kuomintang-led government of the Republic of China retreated and went into exile in Taiwan, in order to "de-Japanization" and "re-Chinization", KMT regime employed US model in Taiwan society from all aspects. And the accumulated knowledge of the second wave feminism has offered Taiwan, which had a late introduction of women's studies in Asian countries, a theoretical implement while facing the women's issues.　　As a result of government toeing the US line, and the uptrend of people who studied in America returning to Taiwan to find employment, women's studies and women's movements in Taiwan was also affected by the second wave feminism, and hence Taiwan has made a dramatic progress in women s movements within only 10 years, such as developing anti-child prostitution movements within the framework of patriarchy, having diverse statements in sex-work and sexuality issues, etc.　　Taiwanese women's movement faces the challenge of multi-patriarchy, which is influenced by Japanese colony and traditional Chinese notion. In this paper, I'd like to analyze the issues which occur in women's movements by examining the transition from anti-child prostitution to prostitutes' rights movements.
