Abstract

本研究の目的は,高等教育における社会と連携した正課外活動の成果と,その要因となる協働活動の場を明らかにすることである.K大学生によるA高校での授業支援活動を事例とし,A高校での2年間の活動を経て現在就業活動に従事する6名と,当時授業を担当していた教師2名を対象にライフヒストリーの視点から調査を行った.その結果,A高校での経験は自己成長のライフストーリーとして就業活動のライフストーリーと密接に繋がっていることや,習得したスキルが就業活動で活きるかどうかは就業活動の職種に依存していることが明らかになった.また,A高校での協働活動の場を分析した結果,学生集団と教師集団を結束・融合する場の設定,学生が中心的な役割を担うことのできる場の設定,学生と教師のニーズが合致し,両方にとって意味のある新しい目的が生成される必要性が明らかになった.

This research focuses on extracurricular activities for undergraduate students. In recent years, the necessities of conducting extracurricular activities in authentic situations have been indicated in higher education. This research has two objectives: the first one is to clarify the effectiveness of extra curricular activities and the second one is to clarify how learning environments are composed in the extracurricular activities. Six people who experienced volunteering at the high school for two years as extracurricular activities and two teachers who worked with them were chosen as research targets. As a result, it could be confirmed that the experience affects students' self-development, and skills for planning and communicating can be adapted to the working places that requires those skills. In addition, the necessities to set a time and place to build communities for participants, to give students central roles and to set a common goal for both students and teachers were clarified.
