Abstract

【目的】健康習慣維持に向けた活動の検討を目的に、ウオーキングイベント「悠遊健歩」参加者の下部尿路症状、健康状態、食事、運動、睡眠の実態について明らかにする。【方法】1.調査対象:平成22年度山形大学医学部と山形県東根市との共同研究事業「悠遊健歩」のウオーキングイベント参加者、満20歳以上189名とした。2.調査方法:開催案内通知に無記名自記式アンケート票を同封し、イベント時に受付で回収した。3.調査項目:基本属性、下部尿路症状(CLSS)健康状態(既往歴、主観的健康観)、食生活、運動習慣の有無、睡眠(AIS)とした。【結果】170名(89.9%)からアンケート票を回収し、白紙回答等を除く161名(94.7%)を分析対象とした。1.下部尿路症状:男性では夜間排尿回数(p<0.01)、尿勢低下(p<0.01)、腹圧排尿(p<0.01)、残尿感(χ2=19.05、p<0.01)が多く、女性では腹圧性尿失禁(p<0.01)が多く認められた。また、年齢が高くなるほど夜間排尿(p<0.05)が多く、残尿感(p<0.05)に年齢差が認められた。排尿症状はほとんどの者が困らないと回答していた。2.食生活:1日1回以上の間食は男性3割、女性6割と女性に多く(p<0.05)、外食、欠食する者、21時以降に食事開始する割合は少なかった。3.運動習慣:週1回30分以上運動している者は44.1%であり、男性に運動習慣を持つ者が多く(p<0.01)、年齢が高いほど運動習慣を持っていた(p<0.05)。4.睡眠:男性2割、女性3割、60歳未満および70歳以上群の3割を超える者に不眠症の疑い、専門医の受診を勧める状況にあった。【結論】対象者は健康習慣維持に意欲的な集団であっても多くの者が何らかの下部尿路症状を有していることが明らかとなった。また、普段から食生活に留意し、4割の者に運動習慣があるものの、2割超に不眠が認められた。

Objective : To investigate the actual situation of the lower urinary tract symptoms, eating habits, exercise habits and sleeping of walking event participants.Methods : 1)Subjects : 189 participants aged 20 year or older in a walking event. 2)Survey method : Questionnaires were distributed toparticipants with event information prior to the event and were collected at the event.Results : Questionnaires were collected from 170 participants (89.9%), of which 161 (94.7%) were analyzed. 1)Lower urinary tract symptoms : The rate for having night time urinary frequency (p=0.001), slow stream (p<0.001), straining (p<0.001), emptying (p<0.001) in men were more than women, and stress urinary incontinence in women were more than men (p<0.05). Participants had night time urinary frequency (p<0.05) and emptying (p<0.05) were more with age as they grew older. 2)The eating habits : The rate for eating snack in women significantly much than men (p<0.05). There were few that eat out and skip a meal, and that start eating on and after nine at night. 3)Exercise habits : 44.1% of participants exercised once per week or more, and more than 30 minutes. Participants had exercise habits in men were more than women (p<0.01). Participants had exercise habits were more with age as they grew older (p<0.05). 4)Sleeping : Participants had insomnia and or suspicion were about 20% of men and about 30% of women, and were 30% or above under 60 years of age and over 70 years of age.Conclusion : We showed that even if participants always paid attention to their health, many participants have some sort of lower urinary tract symptoms affected by aging and a gender gap. In addition, we showed that participants always note the eating habits, and insomnia are observed in more than 20% although those of 40% have an exercise habits.
