This study aims at theorizing awareness raising support system in the business entity regarding the third party's evaluation using a qualitative research methodology called grounded theory approach. Data gathering was gathered by researchers of this study accompanying the investigators to the visit investigation of the third party's evaluation of welfare service. In this study awareness raising data factors of the business entity were analyzed. As a result, Four categories that are "understanding of evaluated table," "clarification of cause and basis on the self-evaluation," "exchange of opinions" and "sharing issues" were formed regarding "the reflection on self evaluation." And such five categories that are "reaffirmation of items," "level or standard of question," "standpoint from outside," "deliberation of the result" and "public announcement" was formed regarding "the reflection on other's evaluation." And the overall awareness raising structure was made clear. This study suggests that a typical example of the process and structure of a group evaluation activity and shows that awareness raising contents were influenced by the relationship among business entities including both their administrators and staff and by the reaction of evaluators.
