Abstract

我々は,隣接光パルス間位相を安定化する光クロック4逓倍回路について検討を行っている.今回,1台の光バンドパスフィルタを用いて,逓倍出力光から所望のサイドバンドを取り出し,隣接光パルス間位相の安定化を図った.計算により,光バンドパスフィルタのクロストークが安定化に与える影響を検討した.また,繰り返し周波数10GHzの光クロックの4逓倍実験を行い,不要サイドバンド抑圧比17dBを得た.

We demonstrate a phase stabilized quadruple OTDM multiplier for RZ/CS-RZ optical clock. An optical bandpass filter (OBPF) was used to filter the desired sideband from the multiplier output, and the filtered output was used for the stabilization. In calculation, we found that the existence of OBPF crosstalk was effective for the stabilizing operation. In experiment, 10GHz optical clock was multiplied to 40GHz with 17dB undesired sideband suppression ratio.
