Liquid / Liquid Near Interface Analysis by Micro-XRF Using Needle-Type Collimators

Abstract
We have developed a method of micro XRF using injection needle-type collimators. Two injection needle-type collimators were attached to an x-ray tube and the detector. The beam size of the primary x-rays was evaluated to be 740μm, depending on the inner diameter of the first collimator for excitation.
