Abstract

超小型動電型スピーカユニットを耳栓スピーカとして用い,48chの頭部伝達関数(HRTF)を相反法を用いて高速に計測するシステムを構築し,その性能を検証した.相反法による高速HRTF計測システムでは500Hz〜20kHzの帯域のHRTFを30sで計測でき,計測したHRTFと従来の直接法で計測したHRTFとのスペクトル誤差は4dB以下であった.また,時間がかかるために直接法では計測が困難であった頭部を横に向けた状態のHRTFと,特殊な音源を用いなければ計測が困難であった近接場のHRTF,および距離を変えたHRTFを,相反法による高速HRTF計測システムで計測した.

We have built a rapid measurement system of head-related transfer functions (HRTFs) based on the reciprocal method using ultra-small dynamic speaker units as ear-plug speakers. 48-channel HRTFs can be measured in 30s and the mean spectral distance between HRTFs measured with conventional direct-method and the reciprocal-method was less than 4dB, proving the rapid HRTF measuring system based on the reciprocal-method has good performance. As the reciprocal HRTF measuring system requires less time to measure multi-point HRTFs, HRTFs when a listener rotates his head can be measured. Moreover, the near-field HRTFs and the distance dependent HRTFs with human subjects can also be measurement using the reciprocal HRTF measurement system.
