Abstract

本稿では,マイクロストリップ伝送線路および結合線路を組み合わせた高域通過フィルタ(HPF)の周波数特性を調べ,その設計手法を検討する.フィルタの伝送線路等価回路から集中定数等価回路を導き,阻止域における減衰極周波数,通過域内における反射ゼロ点周波数および3dB遮断周波数に関する設計公式を導出する.さらに,設計公式をもとに回路シミュレータおよび電磁界シミュレータを用いて複数のHPFの設計を行い,導出した設計公式の有効性を実証する.

In this paper, a highpass filter consisting of parallel-connected microstrip transmission line and coupled-lines is analyzed based on its equivalent transmission line circuit and lumped-element circuit. Design formulas are then derived for determining the frequencies at which the transmission zeros, reflection zeros, and 3dB cutoff occur. Based on the derived formulas, multiple microstrip highpass filters are designed using a microwave circuit simulator and an electromagnetic simulator, and the filter responses verify well the design formulas.
