1-4 sedentary male students were used as subjects in an air-conditioned wind tunnel whose DBT; 22.5, 25.0, 25.5, 27.5, 30.0, 32.5 and 35.0℃, air movement: 10-70cm/s, RH: 50% and MRT=DBT. 12 skin temperatures, mean skin temperatures and rectal temperatures were measured through 4 seasons. Thermal sensation votes were taken every 10 minutes during 95 minutes of steady state wind tunnel conditions by the linear scale thermal sensation vote system. In every season, below 30℃ DBT, MST drops remarkably according to the increase of air movement. When DBT is 25℃, AV is 0.7m/s, MST drops until 30-31℃ which is less than the MST of moderate DBT (34-35℃) by 3-4℃. The influence of air movement upon MST is greater in the case of lower DBT than in the case of higher DBT. The neutral points (0) along the linear scale of sensation vote are situated where the MST stands at 34℃ and vicinity.
