Abstract

The purpose of this is to report implementation in humanities and social science classes,which aims to develop students'practical abilities for workers.We use GIS(Geographic Information System)as a tool to improve practical abilities of students,in,Seminar on Humanities and Social Science A("JINBUN-SHAKAI KAGAKU ENSHU A")and Seminar on Humanities and Social Science B("JINBUN-SHAKAI KAGAKU ENSHU B")for the 3rd year students.They acquire practical abilities through exercises utilizing GIS.In these classes,we place emphasis on the activities in which they reduce occurrence of mistakes in exercises and correct their own mistakes.
