Abstract

Currently, there is a focus on support for students with developmental disorders in regular classrooms. I decidedthat it would be necessary to give a lesson so that the students would reconsider themselves as involved in communication. The concept of "self-efficacy" in clinical psychology (A. Bandura; 1979) was what I focused on. The purposeof this study is to clarify, through experiment classes, situations to understand how self-efficacy could be improvedas well as to identify what techniques increase self-efficacy, which could lead to cultivating communication skills. The results of the experiment classes indicate that important ways to cultivate communication skills are to increaseself-efficacy by the involvement of factors based on the interrelationship between students and to cause changes inthe students who are involved in this communication during the process of increased self-efficacy.
