行政3週間実習(行政実習)、行政1週間と産業2週間の計3週間実習(産業実習)、行政1週間と学校2週間の計3週間実習(学校実習)という実習形態で学生の到達度に違いがあるか否かを検討した。2012-2013年度に大阪市立大学医学部看護学科の4年次生として在籍し、地域看護学実習を履修した計124名に調査票を配布、104名(回収率 : 83.9%)から回答を得た。調査は「保健師に求められる実践能力と卒業時の到達目標と到達度」(厚生労働省, 2010)の項目を用いた。一元配置分散分析では、個人・家族を対象とした「訪問・相談による支援を行う」において、行政実習を経験した学生が学校実習や産業実習を経験した学生と比較して有意に到達度が高く、「健康教育による支援を行う」において、行政実習を経験した学生が産業実習を経験した学生と比較して有意に到達度が高かった。考察 : 実習場の特性により経験しにくい項目については、実習運営のさらなる工夫が必要であろう。

We examined the differences in practical attainment levels among student nurses attending the following three training programs: 3-week administrative practices (administrative program), 1-week administrative and 2-week industrial practices (industrial program), and 1-week administrative and 2-week scholarly practices (scholarly program). The survey forms were distributed to a total of 124 fourth-grade students (66 in 2012 and 58 in 2013) attending the community nursing practice course of the School of Nursing, Osaka City University. Of the total enrolled students, 60 from the 2012 (90.9%) and 46 from the 2013 (79.3%) responded. We used the questionnaires provided in the Practical Competency and Performance Goals for Public Health Nurses, and Achievement Level Required at Graduation (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 2010). The result of a one-way ANOVA revealed that the students attending the administrative program showed significantly higher achievement than all others on "provide visiting and consultation support" for individuals and family members. Moreover, those attending the administrative program significantly demonstrated higher achievement than those attending the industrial program on “provide support by health education." Discussion: We need further innovations in conducting training programs, in case where it is difficult for student nurses to undergo particular practices due to specific environmental training characteristics
