Abstract

空調室の多くは外壁を除いたほとんどの面が非空調空間に接している。実務における熱負荷計算法では,空調室のみをモデル化して計算を行う単室計算が一般的に用いられている。しかし,単室計算では,非空調空間の熱的影響を設計者が仮定しないと計算を行えない。そこで,単室計算において,非空調室の影響を理論的かつより精度良く計算可能な手法として"外壁置換法"を提案する。サイドコアオフィスをモデルに,非空調空間の熱的影響を精度良く計算可能な建築物総合エネルギーシミュレーションツールThe BEST (Building Energy Simulation Tool) Programを用いた精度検証を行い,外壁置換法が実務上十分な精度を有し,実用的な計算法であることを示した。

Air-conditioned room almost adjoin non-air-conditioning zone. Generally, in thermal load calculation, we model only an air-conditioned room. Therefore, we can not calculate the thermal influence of a non-air-conditioning space. Hence, we propose the "exterior wall replacement method for a non-air-conditioning zone" as a new algorithm that takes into consideration the thermal influence of a non-air-conditioning space. We verify the accuracy of the exterior wall replacement method for a non-air-conditioning zone in a side core office using the BEST (Building Energy Simulation Tool) which takes into consideration the thermal influence of non-air-conditioning space. It is shown that the exterior wall replacement method for a non-air-conditioning zone is effective.
