Abstract

The aim of a forensic interview is to collect as much accurate information as possible to ensure a person's right to be heard. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the results of research on forensic interviews with eyewitness (the Cognitive Interview), victims (MOGP: Memorandum of Good Practice and the NICHD investigative interview protocol), and suspects (the PEACE model), and discuss our contributions to the practices.
