There are a lot of indistinct parts about the behaviors of buildings and fracture patterns, when the dynamic loadings such as earthquakes will occur. Generally, it would be possible to consider that there two concepts for the fractures of buildings. One is the concept that cyclic displacements will occur by the cyclic loadings, and at last, all of the building would be gradually destoried with the plastic fractures. Another concept is that buildings would be destoried in a moment by the big external forces in the dynamic forces such as impact. This study has been progressing by the latter concept. There have been numerous reports for the behaviors and resistance forces of girders in the buildings by changing the loading speeds till now. In this paper, we performed the experiment for actual 1/3 size reinforced concrete model under high-speed loading and the numerical analysis for this model by the finite element method and K.J.Bathe's idea for the first step of the study. Lastly, we compared the both results.
