抄録

We examined the impact of the change of gross building-to-land ratio upon the residential ventilation usage and energy consumption for air-conditioning and lighting by a numerical simulation model. As a result, we can understand that the cooling and heating energy consumption are increased by outdoor condition and radeative environment, on the other hand, the lighting consumption are decreased because the amount of the radiation is increased. Thus, it gives suggestions that it need to consider not only air-consumption but also lighting-consumption when we estimate the potential of natural energy upon the residential energy consumption.
