Abstract

共振器の縦続接続からなる共振器直結形帯域通過フィルタでは,共振器の無負荷Q値がわかれば通過域の中心周波数における挿入損を公式から簡単に見積もることができる.一方,近年,多モードフィルタでよく用いられる共振器並列形フィルタにおいては従来の公式が適用できないため,挿入損を計算する簡易な手段がない.そこで本稿では,筆者らが提案している共振器並列形帯域通過フィルタのための挿入損の計算式について理論面及び応用面から有効性を検証する.それによって提案式が従来の公式よりも汎用性があることを立証している.

In a direct-coupled resonator filter, which is constructed by cascade connection of resonators, the insertion loss at its center frequency can be estimated from unloaded Q factors by using a well-known formula derived by S. B. Cohn. However, the formula cannot be available for other circuit topologies, such as a transversal resonator array filter recently used as an equivalent circuit of multi-mode filters. To solve the problem, we have proposed a new insertion-loss formula for transversal resonator array bandpass filters. In this paper, the effectiveness of the proposed formula is verified from the viewpoints of both theory and application, thereby showing that the new insertion-loss formula has versatility, compared to the conventional one.
