抄録

The objectives of this study are to develop the evaluation system of thermal load on urban atmosphere for mitigating urban heat island. In this paper, we applied the evaluation system of thermal load on urban atmosphere and the simplified evaluation tool for the thermal load on urban atmosphere to the city where redevelopment is planned. This study show that we can estimate amount of emergence and required emission reduction of thermal load on urban atmosphere at planning phase by applying the system that proposed in this study. And the plan of countermeasures for urban heat island is more appeared in concrete from this study.
