抄録

This paper presents our attempts on environmental education through "Experiments in EnvironmentalEngineering" in the course of curricula of Department of Civil Engineering, Kisarazu National College ofTechnology. The main theme of the curriculum is to enlighten environmentally friendly sensitivity to the studentsthrough an investigation on creatures living in an irrigation canal. It also includes not only a training of analyticaland investigation skills but also an improvement in the design and presentation abilities of the students by installinga design of investigation and an opportunity of presentation for their findings. These trials showed a great effect onthe improvement of the environmental consciousness of the students.
