Patterned biomaterial is known to be constituent of enamel and dentin of teeth. Therefore we investigate preparation of micro/nano-pattered composite resin scaffolds and estimate cell adhesion. As a result of cell adhesion, the pattern resin indicated higher cell adhesion activity than plane resin. Furthermore, in the same pattern type, smaller pattern among 50μm, 10μm, 5μm, 1μm, and 0.5μm of composite resin indicated higher cell adhesion. These data supported that the number of the attached cells was affected by addition of the pattern; much number of cells was observed on the smaller size of pattern.
