Patterned biomaterial is known to be constituent of enamel of teeth and periodontal membrane etc. Therefore we investigated preparation of micro/nano-pattered composite resin scaffolds and estimated cell adhesion using various types of cells. As a result of cell adhesion, the pattern resin indicated higher cell adhesion activity than plane resin. Furthermore, tendency of ratio of the attached cells using each cell was slightly different. In the case of osteoblasts, there was a small difference. These data supported that the ratio of the attached cells on the patterns was affected by type of cells.
