Abstract

Many people want to change their appearance daily. Consequently, the color and shape of eyeglasses are important. Each color has its own impact and we can change the visual impression we create by changing the color of the glasses that we wear. In addition, the color can have a beneficial physiological effect, while the prescription of the lens can create the illusion that our eyes are bigger. Recently, glasses have been used not only for orthoptics but also for dressing up. Anyone can buy and wear inexpensive glasses. This study proposes using HMC glasses that use colors and an optical illusion to change the impression one creates. An evaluation study got positive opinions and suggested altering the HMC glasses, indicating a new possibility for HMC glasses.
