抄録

Gap formation of cavity margin of composite resin restoration was observed using a dental Swept-source-OCT (Yoshida Dental Mfg). A semi-sphere cavity and cylindrical cavity were prepared in PMMA plate. Two composites (Bulk fill Midium flow and MI flow) were filled into the cavity. Marginal gap formation was observed from the cavity bottom side. The gap formation was recognized at the bottom when the cylindrical cavity was used; the gap was created at the top margin of the cavity when the cylindrical cavity was used. The gap formation pattern was almost same regardless two composite resins with different polymerization shrinkages.
