- S142016 循環型生産システムにおける再利用モデルに関する研究([S142]生産システムの新展開(応用・実践))
Abstract
It is difficult to maintain the productive efficiency under uncertainty factors in a remanufacturing system. In order to overcome the influence of the uncertainty factors, two methods have been mainly introduced; the certainty model and the prediction model. However, those methods have the problem with the long production lead time or the low prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose a new collection/remanufacturing model using the prediction model to cope with the above problem. Moreover, we verify the validity of the proposed model through numerical experiments.
