Abstract

Understanding the customer's requirement is important for conceptual design. Successful companies are providing the high quality service by which customer receive the Kando and satisfaction. Thus, the element of customer's satisfaction is necessary for great success in business. Therefore, authors have proposed the Idea Creation Support System (ICSS)-for an idea creation with Kando understanding process through WOM (Word Of Mouth) effectiveness. In this paper, we propose assessment system of the Kando understanding support process through the V-model with V&V (Verification & Validation) of this process for ICSS.
