抄録

Quick removal of a thrombus is important for the treatment of stork from the relation between aftereffects or mortality rate. There were some attempts for mechanical thrombectomy for instance removal of the offending thrombus directly by the mechanical device. But usually these devices have to use in the big blood vessel because afread damage to the blood vessel wall. Our idea is transmitting energy to stirrer by longitudinal wave through the wire and then creating bending motion just at its tip because the bending vibration is effective in dissolve the thrombus. In this paper, we made the horn for convergence the vibration energy to send the guiding wire. And we can generate the expected vibration mode by using the guiding wire to be in practical use in the medical field.
