抄録

Recently, a term of "Security and Safety" has been widely used instead of a single term of "Safety" not only in mechanical fields but also in various fields in Japan. In the previous study, a fundamental concept of the paradigm shift from safety to security & safety was made clear by quoting the development of "the theory of knowledge" in the western philosophy and its formulization was attempted. Here, the meaning of its approach is compared with that in the psychiatry.
