抄録

Japan reserves oil for stable supply of energy. Bottom plate of oil storage tank degrades with time. Therefore, organic coating is coated to the bottom plate. Degradation of the coating is being investigated in the open inspection. This paper describes the results of survey data of about 30 years. The collected data were impedance value and repair area of the open inspection. In the future, based on these data, we aim to extend the inspection period.
