Abstract

高次脳機能障がい患者は注意障がい症状等により,自動車運転時に必ずしも十分な安全運転確認動作を行えないことがある.我々はこの安全運転確認動作不履行が交差点の特徴に関連すると考え,センサを装着した被験者による実車実験を実施し,安全運転確認動作と交差点の特徴を関連付けて分析することで,一部の交差点において健常者と高次脳機能障がい者の首振り確認動作に差がみられることを明らかにした.またこれに加え,車線変更時の行動順序と高速走行からの計画的減速についても検討を行い,減速については差が存在することを確認し,センサを用いることで,高次脳機能障がい者特有の運転動作を検出できる見込みを得た.

Cognitive Dysfunction patients are sometimes unable to drive with safety check action by symptoms such as attention disorders. We believe that this safety check action is related to the characteristics of the intersections. We experimented using real cars on a private course with the subjects equipped with wearable sensors. It revealed the difference of non-handicapped person and Cognitive Dysfunction in the safety check action at some intersections. In addition, we investigated the "action sequence of changing lanes" and the "deceleration tendency for planned slowdown from high-speed running." As a result, we confirmed the difference of the deceleration tendency between Cognitive Dysfunction patients and non-handicapped person. Totally, it is hopeful to obtain the driving safety check action specific to the Cognitive Dysfunction patients from wearable sensors
