Abstract

近年数多くのレシピ検索サイトが存在し,様々な観点から提案されたレシピ検索が日常的に行われている.しかし,それらの多くは食材情報や調理道具などの条件を手動で入力するものとなっており,ユーザがシステムを操作する際の負担となっている.本稿では,カメラ付き携帯端末を持つ機会かが増えていることを踏まえ,調理環境の自動登録化を目的として,ユーザの所持している調理道具を識別する手法を検討する.23種類の調理道具に対し,様々な特徴量による識別精度を調べ,調理道具の識別においては,局所的なエッジ特徴に基づく特徴量が有用であることが分かった.

Many recipe search engine sites exist in recent years, and various services are provided in our daily lives. However, many of them are based on the premise that users manually input conditions such as foods information and cooking tools, which serves as a burden at the time of a user operating those systems. This paper examines the techniques of identifying cooking tools for the purpose of automatic registration of users' cooking environment, considering that users having mobile terminals with cameras are increasing. To 23 kinds of cooking tools, recognition accuracy was investigated using various features, and it turned out that the features based on local edge are useful for recognizing cooking tools.
