抄録

This paper presents a development of a flapping wing robot with oscillating controlled RC servomotors. By using oscillating controlled RC servomotors, the robot can change the flapping angles and the flapping frequencies, and keep wing angle with arbitrary position. Thus, a variety of flight modes can he achieved. In this paper, we have developed 4 types of the flapping wing robots with oscillating controlled RC servomotors, and measured the lift and thrust forces generated by the flapping motions. Moreover, we have done the flight experiments and succeeded in a flight of 30m.
