教師の成長と教員養成におけるアクション・リサーチの潜在力に関する研究 A Study on Teacher's Professional Development and the Potential of Action Research in Pre-service Teacher Education.
We often think that action research in education is any systematic inquiry conducted by teacher researcher. As it is very difficult for teachers to develop themselves as researchers, so it is often seemed that it is no use teaching the pre-service teacher student action research. Also little has been written about what would mean for pre-service teachers to engage in action research. However, in case of teacher's professional development, there are many meanings of giving the pre-service teacher student the systematic training from undergraduate because they can have many opportunities to reflect their own experiences and prospect the pedagogical event. This paper explores the method of action research in pre-service teacher training, relating to teacher's professional development and currier.
