Abstract

This study aims to clarify the role of ICT leader at school, who guide the effective lesson study and workshop to colleagues at school. Some Lesson Studies around ICT literacy for teacher have already been reported. Also, some results have been reported about the method of an effective workshop at school. However, what role the ICT leader plays in such school research is not clarified still enough. Then, this study selected the six schools where the feature existed. And, it tried to clarify the role of ICT leader and support team in each approach of school. Consequently, it was clarified that ICT leader should challenge the following 4 points to organize effective lesson study and workshop in the school. (1) It is necessary to place the information education in the subject of in-service training at school. (2) It is necessary to establish the support team (Excellent teacher in ICT skill, Excellent teacher in practice, Excellent teacher in management). (3) It is necessary to prepare an easy-to-use learning environment. (4) It is necessary to make the system table of the ICT ability target in each subject and each school year.
