Abstract

附属学校園は、実習生にとって初めて実習を体験する場であり、かれらが学校現場を把握し子どもたちについて理解を深め、実践的指導力を身につけていく上で重要な役割を果たしている。本稿では、実習をより効力あるものにするために、附属中学校のみならず学外とも連携・協力しながら運営・実施している事前指導のプログラムの運営と現状について述べる。次に、3年次生対象に設定されている附属中学校実習に向けた「事前指導」を中心にして、その運営と現状、特徴と成果、今後の連携の在り方、改革課題等について検討し考察する。

Fuzoku Junior High School is a place where student teacher have an oppotrunity to teach for the first time. This school performs an important role which allows the student teachers to teach an actual class enabling them thoroughly to understand the students and to acquire practical skills which are necessary in order to become a proficient teacher. Here we give our opinions on the management process and the present condition concerning the prior administrative guidance program, carrying out in cooperation with outside facilities including Fuzoku Junior High School to make student teaching more successful. Then we study about the management of the program and present condition of teaching practice, the feature and the result of the program, the ideal way of cooperation for the future, the problems concerning reform and so on, with all of these in mind we lay stress on prior administrative guidance for undergraduates of the student teaching at Fuzoku Junior High School.
