Abstract

本研究では夏合宿におけるフェンシング選手のコンディションに関して検討した。調査対象は大学フェンシング部の男子19 名であり、WBGT、朝食後体重、夕食前体重、体重の増減率、水分摂取量、鼓膜温を測定した。その結果、以下のような結論が得られた。1)測定期間内のWBGTの最高値は25.0℃、最低値は20.0℃であり、午前は熱中症予防指針の注意域であったが、午後は期間中に警戒域が2日間みられた。2)練習後の夕食前体重の平均値は減少したが、翌日の朝食後体重の平均値は回復する傾向を示した。選手個々にみると、夕食前体重において脱水が疑える4%以上の減少を示した者が、合宿3日目、4日目、5日目に各1名ずつ認められた。しかし、翌日の朝食後体重では回復がみられた。3)鼓膜温は WBGT の上昇にともない午後に有意な上昇を認めたが、その影響因子と考えられる運動強度およびフェンシング・ユニフォームと鼓膜温との関連性までは言及することができなかった。4)水分摂取量の平均値はWBGTの上昇にともない午後に有意な増加が認められた練習日が3回あった。しかし、午前の水分摂取量が1ℓを越えない日が多くみられたことに関しては、練習前の事前摂取量が反映されていなかったことが考えられる。5)鼓膜温、WBGT、フェンシング・ユニフォームおよびマスク内温度、運動強度の関連性をさらに検討する必要性を認めた。The purpose of this study is to investigate the condition of the fencer in the camp in the summer. The subjects were made up of 19 male of the university fencers. The measurement items were weight after breakfast, weight before supper, weight loss, fluid intake, tympanic temperature, WBGT. The following results were provided ; The highest of WBGT was 25.0 degrees Celsius, and the minimum were 20.0 degrees Celsius, and attention level of the heat stroke prevention guidance were shown in every morning. In addition, there were two days in caution area of WBGT in the afternoon during the camp. The weight decreased after an exercise was restored after the breakfast of the next day. Depends on the players, there were several players who showed the big weight loss that possibility of the dehydration was doubted. However, they also recovered in the breakfast of the next day, and I couldn't find any relevancy. In the afternoon when WBGT increased, it was clear that tympanic temperature significantly increased at the same time. However, I was not able to mention that it has any association with the exercise strength or the effect of the uniform of the fencing. In addition, when WBGT increased, the mean of the fluid intake increased together. I recognized three times of meaningful increase in the afternoon during the camp. However, there were many days which the mean of the fluid intake was not beyond 1ℓ in half a day. It is guessed that the individual difference and effect of the water intake before the exercise were influenced the result. I recognized that I need to investigate the association of the condition of the fencer and following items more ; tympanic temperature, WBGT, a uniform of the fencing, the temperature in the mask of the fencing, and exercise strength.
