高等教育機関に在籍する発達障害のある学生に対する就労については今後重要な課題になると考えられる。しかし,先行研究では就労支援に関する具体的な支援内容を検討した研究が少ないことが指摘されている。本研究では高等教育機関における発達障害のある学生に対する就労を見据えたキャリア支援について,A大学における実践報告を通して検討することを目的とした。A大学においてはインターンシップの取り組みの他,スタディスキル内で「Microsoft Word 読み上げソフト 和太鼓(Wordaico)」で作成した教材を用いて「時事問題リーディング」及び「面接マナー」に関する講義を実施している。学生の取り組む様子などから,これらは就労を見据えたキャリア支援として必要な取り組みであることが示唆された。今後,効果の検証が必要であると言える。

It is a critically important task in future to work for students with developmental disabilities in higher education facilities. However, it has been pointed out that it has not been considered on the concrete contents of work support in previous study. This study clarified carrier supports aimed to work for students with developmental disabilities in the future through practical reports at A university. In A university, with internships, conducted lectures concerning “The current events readings" and “The interview manners", with the aid of Microsoft Word reading soft Wordaico, on Study Skill.By the look of efforts of students, these was suggested a possible beneficial effect in the way of carrier supports aimed to work. In the future, it is needed to verify the effects of these carrier supports.
