抄録

本稿においては、打ち続く戦乱による人と社会の徹底的な破壊ののち、1990代以降、法・司法制度の根本的な導入が急速に行われつつあるカンボジアを取り上げ、そこでのジェンダーに関する法曹教育を、(1) 日本の法曹養成制度支援におけるジェンダーの位置付けと、(2) カンボジア女性省が行うDV 防止法の裁判官・検察官研修に注目し、その状況を報告する。そのうえで、カンボジアのジェンダーに関する法曹教育における課題を概観し、この研究が一部をなしている法曹継続教育についての比較研究のなかに、これら課題を位置付けることを試みる。

This paper looks into Cambodia, where the fundamental introduction of legal and judicial systems has been carried out rapidly since the 1990's after its people and society were utterly destroyed by a series of civil wars, with a focus placed on gender-related education of the legal profession. After sketching the reasons why Cambodia was chosen as a subject, the gender education in Japan's assistance in judicial professional training system and the government-provided training for judges and prosecutors in the anti-domestic violence law are reported as Continuing Legal Education, and their issues and the contexts in which they locate are summarized as preliminary research on the gender perspectives in the continuing legal education in Cambodia.
