Abstract

In recent years, many university libraries use students as library assistants. I was also one who worked as library assistants in university. Interested in the job of university librarians from that experience, this is my third year working at Yamaguchi University Library. In this paper, I take a look at my experience of school days, as well as discuss the challenges and significance of student collaboration. Then I state the study method to become a librarian and what I feel to be actually working as a librarian and what I think of future of librarians.
