脳損傷後に見られるうつや不安などの心理症状は,高次脳機能障害患者の日常生活やリハビリテーションの遂行に大きな影響を与える。心理症状の改善には種々の心理療法が有効であるが,高次脳機能障害を伴う心理症状を対象とする場合には,心理療法の導入に際して様々な工夫が必要である。本稿は,認知リハビリテーションの一環として,心理療法の一つである認知行動療法を取り上げ,高次脳機能障害を伴う心理症状への適用可能性について考える。

Survivors of acquired brain injury are at risk of a range of psychological disorders. Particularly, emotional disturbance, with reactive elements of mood disorder, such as depression and anxiety appear common. Interventions for such disorders need to be designed to suite to patients with brain injury because they have various cognitive deficits, which affect on the process of interventions. This article focuses on cognitive behavioral therapy for the treatment of psychological disorder in patients with brain injury.
