Abstract

Because of bullying problems are difficult to grasp for school teachers, most effective solution for bullying is to prevent it. However, we don't have any unified program for preventing bullying in Japan. On the other hand, some countries have developed the program and adopted it as a national study and applied as an unified pack for preventing bullying. In this paper, three major Bullying Prevention Programs (The Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, The Sheffield Bullying Project, The P.E.A.C.E Pack) were reviewed and compared with each other, andconsidered the possibilitiy for being applied to Japanese school.
