In this research, previous researches are overviewed in order to introduce the constitutive group encounter for assistant training program as a part of a system for solving potential problems between consumers and assistants at Independent Living Center Previous researches show that the more experiences consumers have in receiving assistances, the more sensitivity to assistants consumers have resulting in potential troubles. Likewise, the more experiences assistants have, the more they have potential troubles. These findings suggest that service coordinators should establish a solving system and there is a necessity of assistant training as a part of the system. Two research challenges were presented for introducing the constitutive encounter group based on the previous researches: (1) it is required to choose and modify appropriate exercises and discuss the combinations because there is no previous research targeting at assistants and (2) we should discuss evaluation methods and periods before and after performing the program in order to measure the effects of the program.
