In order to estimate the maximum vertical jump in male university volleyball players(GK), male volleyball players including elementary school boys (12 years old), junior high school students and university students (21years old) took part in this project. Equations predicting maximum vertical jump were derived from the growth model. Data were analyzed granting that Richards growth model was linear though this model is, to be more exact, not linear. Values of A, β, k and m were as follows, A: 95.0046, β: 10.7115, k: 0.2328, m value 0.0Values of decision coefficient was 97.26%. Growth curve of the maximum jump in GK was adapted to the Monomoleculer curve. The equation predicts the best record of GK will be 94.0cm at the age of 29.
